Vikki has a particular interest in supporting people through perinatal experiences, early parenting and family transitions.
She recognises the emotional demands associated with pregnancy, becoming a parent, raising children, managing family responsibilities and balancing these commitments with employment.
Through ECS, Vikki supports employees experiencing parenting stress, family pressures, relationship changes and the challenges of maintaining their wellbeing while meeting competing personal and professional responsibilities.
She also works with individuals navigating separation, divorce and changing family circumstances, helping them manage difficult emotions and adjust to significant changes.

Vikki has undertaken additional study in Sexual Health and Wellbeing through the University of Otago and is continuing her professional development through Sex Issues in Psychotherapy with the Institute of Relational Therapy.
She has a particular interest in sexuality, intimacy and the impact these issues can have on relationships, confidence and emotional wellbeing.
Vikki provides a respectful, inclusive and non-judgemental environment where individuals can explore sensitive concerns at their own pace.
Her experience is particularly relevant for employees experiencing intimacy difficulties, relationship dissatisfaction, differences in sexual desire, emotional disconnection or personal concerns affecting their wellbeing.

Vikki supports individuals experiencing significant changes, including separation, divorce, parenting transitions, changing relationships and periods of uncertainty.
She understands how major life events can affect identity, confidence, emotional stability and an individual's ability to cope with everyday responsibilities.
